We offer a full refund for any product that is returned unopened and before it is opened live on stream.
✅ Eligible for Refund
A product is eligible for a refund if it meets all of the following conditions:

It has not been opened or used

It has not been opened live on stream

It is in its original, sealed condition

It is returned within 7 days of purchase (or as agreed upon)
If your order was placed by mistake or you changed your mind before the product was opened on stream, you're entitled to a full refund.
📩 To request a refund, please contact us with your order number and the reason for the return.
❌ Not Eligible for Refund
We do not offer refunds in the following situations:

The product has been opened during a live stream

The product has been used, damaged, or tampered with

The request is made after the live opening

You purchased a mystery pack, pullbox, or wheel spin that has already been revealed on stream
Note: Once a sealed product is opened live (including booster packs, boxes, pullboxes, wheels, or other games), the order is considered fulfilled and non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
